Your role as Senior Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team and building the strategic plan to gain market share for the localized area. You will spend a large portion of your time utilizing your business development skills to build long-term connections with local community groups, stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities for the branch. In this dynamic and high-impact role, you’ll make your mark by: Coaching and developing competencies in your team across multiple locations. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll proactively work with your team to help them achieve their performance and career development goals Prioritizing business performance through tracking KPIs, reporting, creating strategic plans, plus collaborating and sharing knowledge with others in your wider team Working closely with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships, being the face of our brand, actively participating in events and establishing yourself as the go to person for banking in our region Leading by example. The role is full time. Port Lincoln is a beautiful coastal town in regional South Australia, Approx 8 hours’ drive from Adelaide. What you’ll bring to the role To succeed in this role, you’ll drive the branch’s growth through leadership, business development and team coaching. We’d love you to have: People leadership (preferably across multiple sites) with the ability to develop, coach and manage staff performance Strong relationship management with ability to effectively network and engage with your community and partners Proven experience in building strategic plans Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential). High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework Effective and influential presentation and public speaking skills Our Community Banking model Community Banking operates on a shared revenue model based on 'profit-with-purpose'.
