Account Manager - Relationship Focused Role Are you at your best when you are out with clients, building trust, having real conversations and becoming the person they rely on when it counts. What You Will Be Doing Build and maintain long term client relationships based on trust, reliability and consistent service Spend regular time with clients, getting to know their businesses, understanding what is important to them and working alongside them to find practical solutions Identify opportunities to deepen and grow existing accounts while also seeking out new relationships in a considered and professional way Represent the business at client meetings, networking functions and entertainment opportunities, always with a focus on strengthening partnerships and adding value Work closely with internal teams to make sure promises made to clients are delivered and any issues are resolved quickly and professionally Use CRM and digital tools to stay organised, maintain accurate records and manage a structured pipeline of activity This is not a hard sell environment. What You Bring Proven experience in account management or a similar client facing role, with a clear focus on building and maintaining strong relationships A genuine interest in people and a natural ability to connect, listen and communicate clearly A track record of identifying opportunities, solving problems and following through on commitments Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping the details under control Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools to plan, track and report on your activity Comfort in attending networking events, client functions and entertainment as part of relationship building If you enjoy being out in front of clients, value long term partnerships and want to work for a family owned business that is proud of its role in the community, this role will give you the platform to thrive.
