Residential Youth Care House Supervisor

About The Role We are seeking a dedicated House Supervisor to lead one of our youth residential care homes, supporting children and young people with complex needs. In this vital role, you’ll oversee daily care, guide a team of residential care workers, and help create a safe, therapeutic environment where young people can feel supported. This position reports to the residential coordinator. Key Selection Criteria A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care or other similar or relevant tertiary qualifications or a commitment to enrolling into course.) A genuine interest in Young People and their wellbeing. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage well with Young People Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and professionals. A demonstrated understanding of, and respect for cultural and linguistic background including a commitment to cultural safety.
