Your Role We’re seeking a motivated Warehouse / Distribution Supervisor to join our B&D Garage Doors team at our Malaga manufacturing site. Reporting to the Operations Manager you’ll play a key role in leading warehouse operations driving efficiency and supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including safety equipment, materials and housekeeping. Lead and support the team with clear priorities, training and resources. Assist in maintaining accurate stock control and drive process improvements. Ensure compliance with B&D and DuluxGroup safety protocols. Manage transport logistics including third‑party providers. Operate forklifts as required (LF License desirable). Supervise warehouse personnel and foster a collaborative team environment. SAP experience and LF forklift license (desirable). Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced setting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A hands‑on flexible approach with attention to detail. Willingness to work weekends and support the team as needed. A reliable positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
