Our product range includes PEX piping systems, stainless steel tube and fittings, and copper tube and fittings, servicing sectors including commercial and residential construction, industrial, mechanical services, mining, healthcare, education, marine and government. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader who will also take on responsibility for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer branches in WA. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines day-to-day warehouse supervision with customer service and account management . You will lead the WA warehouse team to ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate fulfilment of orders, and a safe workplace — while also being the key point of contact for 4 Forza Global-supported branch locations across the region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both operational and customer-facing environments, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently represent our brand. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Leadership Lead, support and mentor Warehouse Assistants. Oversee daily warehousing tasks including picking, packing and dispatch. Manage inbound goods, unloading, receipting and stock allocation. Maintain accurate stock control and support inventory counts. Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with WHS standards. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety compliance. Conduct daily Pre‑Start toolbox meetings and documentation. Account & Branch Support Act as the primary contact for 4 WA-based branches and key customers. Develop and maintain strong working relationships through check‑ins and site visits. Ensure branches are supported with stock, product information, service coordination and order assistance. Work with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and National Operations) to resolve enquiries. Identify opportunities to improve service levels, efficiencies and customer satisfaction. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Proven customer service or account support experience. Current LF Forklift Licence and Australian Driver’s Licence. Strong communication, organisation and relationship‑building skills. Confident using computers, WMS, CRM and Microsoft 365. Reliable, hands‑on, proactive and professional. Ability to obtain a National Police Check (required prior to employment). First Aid / CPR Certification. Warehousing / Logistics or Business qualifications. Growth pathway into regional operations or account management. Supportive national team and strong company culture.
