Senior Performance Marketing Manager B2C

Were looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to supercharge our acquisition efforts across Australia. This is a role for someone who enjoys the balance of strategy and execution : you can own the big picture but youre equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to optimise campaigns analyse data or fine-tune creative. Youll collaborate closely with our broader marketing product technology and data teams to ensure every advertising dollar drives measurable value. With significant autonomy youll shape and execute paid media strategies that grow awareness drive engagement and deliver high quality leads. Key Responsibilities Channel Ownership : Lead the planning execution and optimisation of Meta TikTok YouTube Display and PMAX campaigns to maximise ROI and drive growth. Segmentation & Personalisation : Run continuous testing and optimisation. From creative and messaging through to landing pages and audience segmentation - to maximise ROI. Creative Strategy : Partner with design and copy teams to develop compelling creative that stops the scroll and drives efficient conversions. Own the end to end briefing testing and optimisation of ad assets. Feeding back key insights and learnings to the creative team. Experimentation & CRO : Design and execute structured testing frameworks to improve conversion rates lower CPA and increase efficiency across the funnel. Forecasting & Reporting : Build accurate monthly forecasts for each channel develop detailed performance and campaign reports and provide actionable insights to key internal stakeholders. Data & Analytics : Use Looker GA4 and advanced Excel models to analyse campaign performance and create scalable reporting frameworks in conjunction with our internal data and decision science teams. Market Awareness : Keep on top of industry trends platform updates and competitor activity to ensure Montu remains a leader in performance marketing. Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Generate measurable growth in leads for brands whilst also optimising towards CpL and CAC Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reporting on a weekly monthly and quarterly cadence. Drive a high volume of creative tests and implement winning variants at scale. Drive incremental conversion rate improvements across channels and journeys through exhaustive experimentation and the implementation of best practices. Qualifications 8 years of experience managing paid social and performance channels with a track record of scaling acquisition for consumer-focused brands. Proven success in owning creative strategy briefing and experimentation with design / copy teams with a keen eye for spotting trending ad formats across channels. Strong background in planning managing and optimising campaigns across key channels including Meta Ads TikTok Ads YouTube Display and Google PMAX. With an in-depth knowledge of each platforms strengths targeting tools and optimisation techniques. Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables modelling forecasting). Hands-on experience with Looker and GA4 for performance analysis and reporting (SQL is a plus). You keep the patient at the centre of everything you do and have the ability to design campaigns that resonate with specific segments and audience needs in a highly competitive sector. Deep expertise in CRO principles and ability to optimise conversion journeys from ad to landing page experience in collaboration with the digital experience team. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced performance-driven environment with large budgets.
