The objective of the Manager, Technology Strategy & Advisory role is to work with the Technology Leadership Team and stakeholders to develop visionary technology strategies, shape transformative initiatives, and drive process and commercial improvements across the Technology function. This influential position is responsible for crafting the enterprise-wide technology strategy, developing specialized domain roadmaps, and guiding pivotal strategic decisions. Working in close partnership with technology leadership, this role helps architect the technology operating model and identify high-impact transformation opportunities. Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with and advances the organization's business objectives Create and evolve domain-specific technology roadmaps that provide clear direction for future investments and capabilities Drive strategic decision-making processes that ensure technology initiatives deliver maximum business value Collaborate with technology leaders to optimize the operating model for efficiency, innovation, and scalability Identify transformation opportunities that leverage emerging technologies and innovative approaches Facilitate cross-functional alignment on technology priorities and resource allocation Provide thought leadership on technology trends and their potential impact on the business Develop frameworks to measure the effectiveness and ROI of technology investments Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Technology function You’ll be great in this role if you... Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering or related field 5-10 years’ experience in technology strategy, consulting, or similar roles Strong track record developing technology strategies and roadmaps Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and transformation Excellence in executive communications and presentations Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience in operating model design and optimization Understand technology trends and best practices Desirable but not essential...
