Job Location: Remote, Australia. Responsibilities Work closely with customers and Customer Experience team members to deliver best‑in‑class professional services. Lead, manage, and complete implementation and other customer projects. Become an expert in using CaptivateIQ and in sales commission structures. Design system configurations that maximize modeling efficiency and repeatability. Configure and test implementations based on customers’ unique needs. Provide technical support and best‑practice recommendations across all customer projects. Prioritise tasks and manage expectations using project management methodology. Scope new implementations or post‑implementation services and support negotiation. Lead customer onboarding and ensure successful handover between cross‑functional teams. Define, adopt, and follow team and company best practices and processes. Requirements 6+ years of experience with complex sales compensation plans and modeling. Advanced experience developing and maintaining calculations for large data sets using spreadsheets, databases, or modeling tools. Highly organised, analytical, and detail‑oriented. Friendly, customer‑focused, and service‑oriented. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Experience working directly with customers (external or internal). Nice to Have Experience with CaptivateIQ or competitor software (SAP Callidus Cloud, Xactly Incent, Varicent). Experience implementing cloud software and strong project management skills. Proficiency with popular CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), ERPs (e.g., Netsuite), or subscription management systems (e.g., Zuora). Past experience in financial operations, financial planning, accounting, system implementation, sales engineering, solutions architecture, customer success, technology consulting, or business analysis.
