This role focuses on delivering and improving energy data management processes, including historical consumption data, e-invoice collection, data analysis, and reconciliation with internal and external stakeholders. You will also support financial data checks and ensure data integrity across systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and communicate energy spend reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure data completeness and integrity in our systems; assist with manual and automated entry of customer utility data as needed. Perform data management tasks related to utility accounts. Identify and resolve data and invoice-related queries with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare internal quality check reports and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. Key RequirementA degree in an analytical or numerically focused field is desirable. Strong analytical skills and numerical ability are essential. Analytical work experience is desirable but not essential. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English. High attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
