The organisation Reclink Australia is the only national not for profit organisation providing life changing sport and recreation opportunities to Australia’s most vulnerable communities. Established in 1990, we have been using sport and fun to successfully engage members of our community who are marginalised. The role Develop and roll out an Annual Marketing plan. Ensure fundraising and partnership events are co-branded and promoted appropriately in line with the Annual and Brand strategies. Manage multiple digital and communication accounts, including social media platforms, website and CMS, email marketing systems, mailing lists, project management tools, and relevant fundraising and stakeholder engagement platforms to ensure consistent, high-quality communication and brand presence. Plan, coordinate, and deliver fundraising appeals. Collaborate and contribute to Commercial and Fundraising team projects and events. The candidate You will possess a tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline. You will be able to demonstrate sound experience working in a Marketing team, ideally from a NFP or similar environment. You are a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the community services sector will be highly regarded. A positive National Police Check and Working with Children’s Check is a condition of employment. A competitive remuneration will be paid at SCHaDS Level 5.1 plus superannuation with the option to increase your income through salary packaging.
