Junior - Mid Level Full Stack Developer Rubric is Australia’s fastest growing student success platform that now serves over 2,000 student groups to over 500,000 students across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK. The team is expanding and is looking for passionate people to join the company. Campus Life administrators (SU’s and SA’s) and Student Groups (Clubs & Societies) leverage Rubric’s platform to widen access to funding, increase student participation and accelerate student engagement from enrolment to graduation. Rubric’s modular platform allows institutions to manage their administration needs and focus on student engagement initiatives, to manage and improve student retention. About the role: This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Junior – Mid‑Level Full Stack Developer. As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work on developing, maintaining, and enhancing web‑based applications end‑to‑end. You’ll take ownership of features across the stack, build responsive and user‑friendly interfaces, work with MySQL and modern backend technologies, and collaborate closely with a cross‑functional team. You’ll play an important role in shaping product direction in a fast‑paced startup environment.
