Hawthorn Vinnies Store is seeking a passionate and skilled Retail Shop Manager who thrives in a purpose-driven retail environment. You’ll lead a dedicated team of volunteers and staff, driving growth and delivering an inspiring in-store experience for customers and the community. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of shop operations, including team leadership, inventory management, visual merchandising, financial performance, and compliance with organisational policies. Your leadership will directly contribute to funding the Society’s vital programs supporting those experiencing disadvantage. About You You are a hands‑on leader with a passion for retail and people. While previous retail management experience is highly regarded, your ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team both paid staff and volunteers is essential. You bring energy, integrity, and a commitment to extraordinary customer service.
