The Opportunity This is a standout opportunity for a strategic and people‑focused leader to oversee a diverse portfolio of medical centres across the Brisbane and surrounding regions. As a Regional Manager, you'll drive operational performance, support growth, and lead a high‑performing team across a mix of established and developing sites. Working closely with senior leaders and Practice Managers, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing patient care, team engagement, and business outcomes. You’ll also be involved in integrating new centres through M&A (Merges & Acquisitions) activity—making this an ideal role for someone who thrives on variety, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and support Practice Managers and service teams to ensure operational excellence and patient‑focused care Drive performance, engagement, and growth across your centres Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement projects and strategic initiatives Monitor patient experience through feedback and NPS to improve service delivery Review financial performance to identify efficiencies and revenue opportunities Manage GP engagement, satisfaction and retention Ensure centres are equipped with the necessary tools, systems and processes for effective operation Foster a high‑performance and learning culture with clear KPIs and development plans Support business integration and M&A activity across the region About You Proven leadership experience across multiple sites (healthcare experience ideal but not essential) Track record in business growth, customer service and operational excellence Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills Comfortable working independently, remotely, and onsite across various locations Experience in integrating new businesses or M&A advantageous What We Offer Competitive salary, including car allowance and KPI‑based bonus structureFlexibility to work from home and travel within your region 20% off dental treatments for you and your family 8% discount on Corporate Hospital and Extras private health insurance with Medibank 24/7 access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Fitness passport – discounted gym membership for you and your family Join a company that genuinely cares for its people and patients and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of accessible healthcare in Australia.
