Job Description Available as a contractor role Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle Autonomous role with support from experienced leaders Collaborative approach within a multi-disciplinary team Key Responsibilities: As a Mental Health Worker, you will: Conduct client assessments & therapy from pediatric to adult clientele depending on your experience and interests. Be able to work independently and efficiently Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work. Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions. Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care. Key Requirements: To be successful in the role, you will need: Australian Association of Social Workers Certification and membership (AASW) Professional liability/Public indemnity insurance Demonstrated ability to work as a sole practitioner whilst maintaining strong relationships with our clinical teams Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective. Demonstrate a high standard of ethical practice A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers Be able to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level. Be confident in your role while being open to feedback. What to expect from us?
