Job Description Spread Joy, by joining our Volunteer Team The HammondCare Volunteer program is a great way for you to make a meaningful difference to the life of an older person. We are seeking a caring individual to visit our elderly client in the beautiful South Coast suburb of Woonona. Our client enjoys watching golf, soccer, and gardening. He would like regular visits for a cuppa and a chat, or if the weather permits, head into town to the community garden or the local men's shed together. Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated. Your visits will bring great joy to the client you are matched with.
