Full-Time Marketing Specialist/Coordinator

Join our team as a Marketing Specialist and play a key role in driving our brand’s growth and engagement. We are seeking an experienced professional to enhance our marketing efforts and contribute to our business success. Key Responsibilities Identifying market opportunities and developing marketing plans and strategies. Conducting research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitive positioning. Planning and executing advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media channels. Collaborating with internal teams to develop content for promotional materials, such as brochures, websites, and social media posts. Analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Coordinating and managing promotional events, including trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches. Advising on and developing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Key Skills and Experience A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience of 1 year in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of market research, data analysis, and digital marketing tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when solving problems.
