Stewart Toyota has a proud local history, representing Toyota across multiple Sydney dealerships. Our marketing team plays a vital role in connecting our dealerships with customers through creative campaigns, authentic social storytelling and community partnerships. We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, social media, and sponsorship activities. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, collaboration, and turning great ideas into action. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing dealership campaigns across digital, print, radio and outdoor channels Create and schedule engaging, localised content for each dealership including updating marketing material, social media posts, flyers and in dealership displays Assist in managing dealership partnerships, including logo placement, signage, local sponsorship activations and event coordination Support website updates, eDM campaigns and database management to ensure accurate communications Help coordinate local events, sponsorship activities and dealership activations Assist with tracking marketing spend, processing invoices and compiling post campaign reports Work closely with the sales teams, suppliers, and creative agencies to bring marketing projects to life Qualifications 1-3 years experience in a marketing or communications support role Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar wit Adobe Creative Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, creative thinker who enjoys working collaboratively Apply now for this fantastic opportunity with an industry leader. #J-18808-Ljbffr
