We are seeking a driven and experienced Route Operations Manager to lead the BevChain "Away from Home" operations based at our customer site in Mentone, Victoria. This role oversees the end‑to‑end daily transport operations including a mix of company and subcontractor with 2 direct supervisors. You will be responsible for delivering on key KPIs across safety, service, and cost, while supporting continuous improvement, operational efficiency and outstanding customer satisfaction. Key areas: Lead and develop your team, fostering a strong safety culture and delivering high performance through effective communication, coaching, and training. Oversee daily resource allocation, route planning, fleet utilisation, and real‑time problem‑solving to meet customer expectations and maximise commercial return. Drive compliance with CoR, NHVR regulations, fatigue management, mass limits, and vehicle safety. Investigate incidents and promote a proactive safety culture. Act as the key point of contact for our customer, ensuring deliveries are on time, accurate, and in alignment with SLA requirements. Champion CI initiatives to streamline routing execution and improve DOT performance Are you the one? You are a confident fast‑thinking leader with passion for operational improvement.
