About The Opportunity The Repair Manager (Desktop Supervisor) will play a crucial role in an Head Office setting overseeing roof replacement repair projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Manage end-to-end roofing repairs, ensuring QBCC/HBCF compliance. Coordinate trades, suppliers, and teams with clear work orders. Track project progress, budgets, and milestones to meet SLAs. Review insurance scopes and reports with 95%+ accuracy. Prevent backlog while driving workflow efficiency. Represent our client professionally while meeting targets. About You The successful candidate will have: 2–3 years’ experience in project management, construction, or repair Knowledge of roofing systems, repair processes, and QBCC/HBCF compliance. Proficient in project management tools, Google Suite, and communication platforms. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong stakeholder and problem-solving skills. Team-focused, energetic, and solutions-driven with a positive attitude. What's in it for You?
