Defence Partnerships Manager (Business Development) This role can be based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane About the Role We are seeking someone to: Build strategic partnerships within ADF, Veteran, Defence corporates and wider Defence communities in line with our core segment targets and mutually beneficial outcomes. Establish, maintain, and facilitate ongoing engagement with key corporate stakeholders nationally to support regional relationships, on-site opportunities to achieve corporate growth targets. Support execution of Defence Health’s Business Strategy to deliver against company performance targets and meeting corporate and member needs. Deliver agreed commercial outcomes including revenue/net growth, member retention, gross margin and member experience. About You You’re motivated to exceed expectations and conquer new challenges. You’re driven to achieve excellence for those you work for – and those you work with. The successful candidate will have the following attributes: Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Partnerships, Sales or Account Management roles. Task-focused and outcome driven. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and coordinate resources. Effective relationship management with the ability to build rapport and mutually beneficial partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to negotiate and influence to drive commercial outcomes both internally and externally.
