As the Product Analyst for KICK you will play an important role within the Business Intelligence Team to help shape Product analytics for the KICK platform. Your role with us: You will partner closely with the Product Teams to analyse and provide insights on how users interact with the KICK website and app. The Product Analyst will translate product questions into clear metrics and intuitive dashboards, while highlighting trends across features and funnels. You will uncover friction points, behavioural patterns and growth opportunities; providing concise, actionable readouts that drive smarter product decisions and shape the future of live streaming. Click play on your career today What you will do: Manage end-to-end product analytics projects, from problem definition to delivering actionable solutions. Analyse how creators and viewers interact with the platform to identify behavioural patterns, friction points and opportunities for growth. Build, analyse and optimise A/B testing frameworks and other experiments to measure the impact of new features on engagement, retention, and monetisation. Assess the impact of product features, platform changes and community tools on core KPIs. Deliver fast, concise, decision-ready readouts to close the loop on product questions. Actively contribute to roadmap conversations by highlighting data-driven opportunities, risks and trade‑offs. Leverage a strong understanding of the live streaming ecosystem, creators and fan communities to contextualise trends and guide product strategy. Build, own and maintain dashboards for the Product team and leadership. Document data workflows, maintain metric definitions and dashboard guides and ensure clarity across fast‑evolving features. Monitor reporting accuracy and freshness (e.g., schema changes, null spikes, metric drift) and escalation issues when needed. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and data quality across all analyses. Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics for creator tools, monetisation features and community engagement initiatives. Collaborate with BI and Data Science teams to build data assets, support machine learning models (e.g., recommendation systems) and improve tracking coverage. Clearly and compellingly communicate insights, acting as a bridge between Product, BI, and Engineering. Coach Product Managers on instrumentation, metric interpretation and dashboard best practices. What you will bring: 2+ years’ in Product Analytics/Data Analytics, preferably on event data analysis. Demonstrated expertise in web and app analytics, including funnels, retention, engagement and cohort analysis. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. Proficiency with modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar) and dashboard design best practices. Hands‑on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and other experiments. Experience in productivity and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs), Slack, JIRA and Confluence. Bonus points if you also have: A passion and/or knowledge of the live streaming space. Exposure to product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics or similar). Basic Python for ad‑hoc analysis and automation. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar environments.
