A well-established medical center in Wyndham Vale is seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join its collaborative team. Practice Environment and Team The practice is a mixed-billing community center that caters to a wide variety of patients, from families to geriatrics, and from diverse cultural backgrounds. This role is ideal for a doctor looking to expand their skills and gain extensive experience across a broad spectrum of cases, including chronic disease management and skin cancer medicine. The team-oriented atmosphere is fostered by a dedicated Medical Director who provides continuous leadership and support. The practice features five GPs, who are backed by multiple full-time and CDM nurses, ensuring comprehensive patient care. Highly skilled administrative and reception staff handle practice management, allowing doctors to focus entirely on their patients. Facilities and Support The newly refurbished center boasts modern facilities, including ten fully equipped consultation rooms, a three-bed treatment room, and a dedicated procedure room. On-site pathology services offer seamless diagnostic support. The practice provides robust support services, including dedicated nursing care for both the treatment room and CDM, along with an experienced administrative team. The center is committed to supporting its doctors with innovative tools like practice analytics to help with billing choices.
