Role Overview We are seeking a mid-tier Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce OmniStudio to join a Scrum-based delivery team supporting complex, mission-critical programs across a not-for-profit, aged care, and health service provider. The role requires a developer who can operate effectively within enterprise architecture constraints, contribute to customer-centred service design, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, Salesforce Flows and declarative tools Work within a Scrum / Agile delivery team, contributing to sprint ceremonies and delivery outcomes Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and product owners to translate business, service delivery, and customer experience requirements into scalable technical solutions Ensure Salesforce solutions align with: Enterprise architecture principles (including TOGAF-aligned approaches) Salesforce best practices Security, privacy, and performance standards are met Support testing, deployment, and production support activities Contribute to technical documentation and architectural artefacts as required Required Experience & Skills Mid-tier Salesforce development experience (typically 3–6 years) Demonstrated, hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams onsite Ability to work legally in Australia Ability to successfully pass a National Police Safety Check Highly Desirable Experience Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within: Not-for-profit organisations Aged care Health or community services including NDIS Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, including TOGAF or equivalent frameworks Strong understanding of customer experience design in regulated, service-oriented environments Experience supporting platforms used by frontline, case management, or service delivery teams Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification Experience with enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware platforms) Exposure to large-scale or multi-system Salesforce implementations #J-18808-Ljbffr
