Position Overview An exciting opportunity is now available for a Salesforce Developer to join our team for the next 12 months. As the Salesforce Developer you will lead the delivery of high-impact Salesforce projects from our strategic roadmap ensuring each initiative drives measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Technology you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions from requirements discovery and design through custom development and integrations to deployment and adoption partnering with stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable future-proof Salesforce capability. This role will play a key part in enabling operational efficiency and driving digital transformation by delivering reliable scalable and business-aligned solutions on Salesforce, including the effective use of Financial Services Cloud capabilities, advanced automation and robust data integrations. Position Requirements To be successful in this position you will need : Minimum 5 years hands‑on Salesforce development experience (Apex Lightning integrations). Experience working in Financial Services, Financial Advice and Wealth Management organisations preferred. Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and OmniStudio. Proven capability managing the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle. Strong understanding of data modelling management and integration techniques. Proficient in designing building and deploying process automations reports and dashboards. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under minimal supervision. Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s) preferred. And most importantly you are a team player who thrives in a professional forward-thinking environment.
