We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team on a government digital transformation program. This role is focused on hands‑on Salesforce development, delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that align with government standards and support critical service delivery. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Omnistudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. Build and enhance user interfaces, business logic, and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and testers to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with business requirements. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Support testing, deployment, and release management using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure compliance with government security, privacy, and accessibility standards. Maintain clear, concise technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise or government environments (PSS). Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools. Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Experience working within a Platform Engineering or enterprise technology team. Familiarity with government digital service standards and compliance frameworks. Exposure to DevSecOps practices and tooling in a Salesforce environment.
