Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goondiwindi, QLD, for a Director of Nursing. The Director of Nursing will oversee the delivery of high-quality care services while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, developing care plans, coordinating with families, conducting staff training, and implementing policies to ensure operational excellence. The role also involves maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment for both residents and the team. Qualifications Nursing expertise, including patient care, clinical skills, and care plan development Leadership and staff management, including team supervision and mentoring Regulatory compliance knowledge, including quality standards and safety protocols Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with residents, families, and staff Proficiency in healthcare management software and basic computer literacy Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license Experience in aged care or similar settings is highly regarded #J-18808-Ljbffr
