About the Role We are seeking a qualified and motivated Paramedic to join our operations across metropolitan Sydney. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality emergency care, patient transport, and critical medical support in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care and treatment Assess and stabilise patients in urgent and high-pressure situations Operate emergency vehicles and medical equipment safely and effectively Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports Collaborate with healthcare professionals, emergency services, and hospitals What We Offer Competitive salary + shift penalties + allowances Paid overtime and opportunities for additional shifts Ongoing professional development and training Supportive, team-oriented workplace culture Career progression pathways (including Intensive Care and Extended Care roles) About You Current AHPRA registration as a Paramedic (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Paramedicine (or equivalent) Valid NSW Driver’s Licence (with a good driving record) Excellent communication, clinical, and decision-making skills Able to work a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts Physically fit and emotionally resilient Desirable (but not essential) Prior experience in emergency or non-emergency patient transport Intensive Care Paramedic qualifications Additional certifications (e.g., ALS, PHTLS, ACLS) Application Details Name: Please include your first and last name.
