About the Role We are seeking several highly skilled Advanced Care Paramedics to deliver exceptional clinical services, including patient assessment, treatment, triage, and evacuation, in compliance with state regulations. This role is crucial in ensuring the health and safety of personnel on-site at several locations in the Dubbo region for our client as they work on distributing Solar, Wind and energy storage solutions across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for both new to industry and experienced paramedic wishing to work in the resources industry. Location Various locations in NSW including Warrumbungle, Mid‑Western Regional, Dubbo Regional and Upper Hunter Valley Roster: 7 on / 7 off (Day & Night Shifts) Employment Type: 4 X Casual positions available Travel Type: BIBO (Bus in / Bus out) or DIDO (Drive in / Drive out) Buses available from: Newcastle, Sydney, Penrith, and Wollongong NSW Key Responsibilities Assist in management of Company Personnel who use prescription or non‑prescription medication via the Company medication declaration process and where required develop medication management plans. Provide health monitoring assistance by identifying and monitoring Personnel with non‑work‑related conditions Undertake injury and illness assessments. Handle a wide range of cases from primary healthcare to emergency presentations, with support from experienced on‑call emergency doctors. Maintain and ensure the functionality of medical equipment, medications, and consumables. Co‑ordinate servicing, maintenance, repairs, and calibration for all equipment to OEM or legislative guideline specifications and manage records in an auditable process. Maintain a thorough and accurate drug register and subsequent medication inventory at all times. Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure the smooth daily operations of the medical clinic.
