From our easily accessible facility located in Somerton , we are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Team Leader to oversee and lead our warehouse dispatch operations. This is a leadership role where you’ll work alongside the team on the floor to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate dispatch processes. The Role: Lead and supervise the warehouse dispatch team to meet daily targets. Coordinate and monitor outbound orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Manage workflow, allocate tasks, and maintain high standards of efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and inventory movements. Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes. Experience using Macship or other freight management portals preferred.
