Your role As Senior Controller, you will be a key member of our controlling team and a trusted advisor across the organization. You will work closely with C‑level executives, project leaders, and department heads to ensure budgets and forecasts align with Everfuel’s strategy and growth ambitions. Your insights will help shape strategic initiatives and ensure Everfuel’s growth is both sustainable and profitable. Your tasks include: Controlling and budgeting: Prepare and present budgets, calculate the financial impact of strategic initiatives, integrate new projects into forecasts, and ensure financial plans are actionable and measurable. Financial consolidation, analysis and reporting: Deliver detailed financial reports at Group, Department, and Project levels. Analyze performance, identify deviations, and provide insights that drive informed decision‑making. Intercompany eliminations and group consolidation: Manage intercompany transactions, ensure accurate eliminations during consolidation, and prepare compliant consolidated financial statements. Support audits and internal controls. Business models: Build and maintain business models to help the business take informed decisions with financial insights. Trusted advisor: Challenge assumptions and provide financial insights to guide strategic decisions. Funding and grant management: Oversee funding projects, public grants, and subsidies to maximize opportunities and ensure accurate accounting. ESG reporting: Prepare ESG packages that deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders. Business performance management: Build and drive performance tracking, risk management, and proactive follow‑up on initiatives. Who are you? You have a relevant degree (Bachelor or Master) and several years of experience in controlling or auditing—ideally in a production or project‑driven environment. You are positive, proactive, and solutions‑oriented, with strong collaboration skills and it comes naturally for you to build strong relationships across the organization. You communicate fluently in English and have solid IT skills (MS Business Central/Navision, Continia DC, high level in Excel and Power BI).
