We are currently seeking a Fleet Allocator / Controller to join our dynamic team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career with advancement potential in a company that values and rewards excellence. About the Role Efficiently manage incoming bookings and ensure safe, on time dispatch of each load. Coordinate a smooth workflow and oversee deliveries from start to finish. Provide exceptional service to customers, keeping them informed throughout the process. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both drivers and customers. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to resolve any operational issues promptly. Ensure compliance with OH&S and NHVR regulations to maintain a safe working environment. What We're Looking For Previous experience in taxi trucks or general transport is highly valued. Familiarity with Melbourne's metro area and transport operations. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with a friendly, professional phone manner. A proactive, can do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of Hub Systems or other freight management software is advantageous. Ready to Take the Next Step?
