We are currently looking for passionate makers and creators to be part of our team at Causeway Hotels. About This Opportunity Causeway Hotels is looking for Guest Services Colleagues to join our expanding and evolving team. Guest Service Agents are an integral part of our team and ensure our guests receive the very best first impressions, a central point of communications during their stay and a warm Farewell. Responsibilities Provide an exceptional Check in and Check out experience Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Assist guests with tourism information to make the very best of their visit Be proactive and mindful about safety and security of the hotel and its guests Care about guest issues and aim to resolve them Thrive in a team setting Be positive, honest, well presented and professional Be flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster Qualifications Experience working in a hotel environment Analytical, communication and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook) If you are passionate about great customer service, believe in our vision and would like to be part of the Causeway Hotels family please apply now; Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview. #J-18808-Ljbffr
