What Does the Part-Time Role Look Like? Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, you will work part-time (0.6 FTE) to support the efficient flow of our high-quality fish feed products from warehouse to customers. You'll coordinate with customers, internal departments and external suppliers and couriers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Order Management: Process orders, verify accuracy, and select efficient fulfilment methods. Delivery Coordination: Prepare shipments, schedule deliveries, and track progress. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, maintain records, and assist with stocktakes. Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries and provide delivery updates. Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports and maintain accurate records. Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment. Warehouse Support: Assist with stock movements and reporting. Is This You? Experience in order processing, logistics, supply chain, sales support, or sales administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Strong organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team. Experience with warehouse management system is highly regarded. What Do We Offer?
