Marketing Coordinator fresh Based in McLaren Vale, this hands‑on role supports the Fresh business unit with a wide range of marketing coordination, admin and digital tasks. You’ll work across promotional planning, merchandising, in‑store demos, expo coordination, social media content, influencer programs, packaging updates, reporting, and more. It’s a role that mixes organization, creativity, and multitasking, ideal for someone who wants to be at the centre of it all. Responsibilities Coordinate product sampling, marketing merchandise and expo/event logistics. Maintain promotional and advertising trackers, monitor trends, and report to leadership. Create content briefs, manage social media scheduling and influencer partnerships. Liaise with internal technical team, design and web agencies to maintain packaging artwork and website accuracy. Support with SAP entries, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking. Align marketing activities with sales, supply chain, and NPD teams. Prepare visual assets and help coordinate product photography. Manage office organization and day‑to‑day marketing admin. Provide daily support to Head of Innovations, line manager. Strong skills in admin, event planning, and digital content support. Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and Excel. A positive, team‑oriented mindset and a can‑do attitude. A relevant degree (Business, Marketing or similar) is a bonus but not essential.
