About the Role We are seeking a Marketing & Corporate Partnerships Lead who will drive our marketing strategies and forge strong relationships with key corporate partners. In this role, you’ll make marketing feel effortless, lead with a calm and confident demeanor and ensure that our partners see real value in supporting our mission. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our community first ethos Corporate Partnerships: Confidently pitch to and cultivate relationships with major brands, ensuring they see the value in partnering with TradieWives. Community Centric Approach: Balance growth initiatives with a strong understanding of our two-sided market, keeping our community’s needs at the forefront. Creative Campaign Thinking: Bring a fresh, creative mindset to the table - helping us brainstorm, plan, and execute content and campaigns that feel authentic, meaningful, and unmistakably "TradieWives." Multi-Channel Voice & Brand Consistency: Ensure our tone and voice are consistent and authentic across all channels so our members recognise our voice no matter where they connect with us. Leadership & Initiative: Bring a proactive and leadership driven mindset to guide our team and streamline our marketing efforts. Measurement & Reporting: Quantify campaign success, document progress, and report on key metrics to ensure we are continuously improving. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in marketing and corporate partnerships, ideally with familiarity in the trades or small business sector. A calm, confident, and proactive approach to marketing that makes complex strategies feel effortless.
