What you’ll be doing Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients Accurately assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable security products and services Prepare and present professional sales proposals Negotiate contracts and close sales Collaborate with the wider sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions What we’re looking for Proven sales experience, preferably in the security or construction industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers Strong negotiation and closing skills Solid understanding of security products and services, or the willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing or a related field would be advantageous What we offer At Secure Entrance Solutions, we pride ourselves on creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
