Join a leading Volume Home Builder in South West Sydney as a Sales Estimator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with Sales, understands residential construction, and can produce accurate and timely estimates to support new home sales. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate sales estimates, BOQs, and pricing for a wide range of residential home designs Review architectural plans, variations, and specifications to ensure accuracy Liaise with Sales, Drafting, Engineering, and Pre‑Construction teams Support tender preparation, costing, and client‑facing documentation Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure pricing consistency across all jobs About You: Experience as a Sales Estimator in the residential / volume home building industry Strong understanding of construction methods and standard inclusions High attention to detail and strong communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment Experience with estimating systems (Databuild, Framework, or similar) is advantageous Benefits: Stable, long‑term role with a well‑regarded builder Supportive pre‑construction team South West Sydney location on‑site parking available #J-18808-Ljbffr
