Sales Representative/Estimator/Administrative Assistant

Full‑Time | Building & Construction Industry | Rossmore Location We’re an established, family‑owned building and construction company operating since 2011, seeking a motivated Sales Representative & Administrative Assistant, as well as an Estimator & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and play an essential role in both our sales, estimating and administration operations. The role will be based in our new Rossmore office. We’re hiring: Sales Representative/Administrative assistant (This is a combined role - mainly sales based, assisting with administration duties) Estimator/Sales Representative (This is a combined role - mainly estimating based, assisting with sales duties) Sales Representative / Administrative Assistant Role Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming sales calls and respond to online enquiries Contact new and existing clients to discuss upcoming projects Schedule in quotes and meet clients onsite to measure up jobs and gather project details Prepare and manage construction contracts and documentation Handle home warranty and council applications Manage and respond to client emails and communications General administrative duties to support daily business operations Requirements: Previous experience in the building and construction industry is essential Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Professional and friendly attitude when dealing with clients Reliable car, valid driver’s licence & white card Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team Estimator / Sales Role Key Responsibilities: Accurately prepare quotes and cost estimates for residential building projects Liaise with new and existing clients to discuss project requirements and provide expert guidance Conduct site visits to measure, assess, and collect detailed project information Prepare and manage tender submissions, proposals, and supporting documentation Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and suppliers to support ongoing projects Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities and leads Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction Requirements: Proven experience in the building and construction industry (essential) Strong understanding of estimating processes and construction principles Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable car, valid driver’s licence & white card What We Offer: Full‑time position with a stable, long‑term business Supportive, family‑oriented work culture Phone and laptop provided Opportunity to grow within a well‑respected construction company If you’re proactive, reliable, and passionate about the building industry, we’d love to hear from you.
