About the Role: Our team is seeking Permanent Part-Time Support Workers in the Merredin area who can work alongside our customers to provide quality, practical assistance that supports them to live with dignity and stay connected to their family and community. Our customers have a diverse range of needs, from low care through to more complex support — and don't worry, full training is provided. All you need is a willingness to learn. You’ll start with 10–15 hours per week , with the opportunity to grow your hours over time as our services continue to expand across the region. What You Need: Current driver's licence and a NDIS Clearance or willing to obtain one Flexibility to work part time hours anytime between Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (we can also be flexible to work around you, just let us know your availability). Occasional weekend availability Ability to assist with physical tasks and help with mobility as needed. What You’ll Do: Provide practical and personalized support to our customers, including assistance with daily activities and mobility. Advocate for their rights and preferences to ensure they feel empowered in their care. Help customers stay connected to their communities and maintain independence through social activities and local services. Build trust to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.
