Central Coast Coolrooms Pty Ltd are specialists in the prefabrication, supply and installation of insulated panels for the coolroom, refrigeration, and construction industry throughout NSW and ACT. We are a well-established company located in Somersby on the Central Coast . About the Role We are seeking a Tradesman or Labourer to be trained in the building and installation of coolrooms . The role is full-time and offers a permanent position after a 6‑month probation period . This position is ideal for a motivated individual with construction experience who is looking for a stable, long‑term opportunity with a reputable company. What We Offer Minimum 40 hours per week (including RDO accrual – with the flexibility to take an RDO when it suits you) 4 weeks annual leave + 10 days personal/carer’s leave per year Company vehicle provided for travel to and from job sites (you’ll need your own transport to get to Somersby each day) All PPE supplied – including uniforms and safety gear Job Security – consistent, ongoing work with a reputable company Supportive Team Environment – be part of a crew that values safety and teamwork Key Responsibilities Assist with the building and installation of coolrooms Work on sites across NSW and occasionally the ACT Follow all company and WHS procedures Travel away for up to 14 days when required Work early starts (from 5 am) and 10+ hour days with reasonable overtime including weekends Requirements (Must‑Haves) Reside on the Central Coast, NSW Current NSW Driver’s Licence Own reliable vehicle WHS White Card Minimum 1 year experience in construction Understanding of current WHS (OH&S) standards Willing and able to: travel within NSW & ACT for extended periods; work early starts and long shifts; undergo and pass a company‑funded pre‑employment medical #J-18808-Ljbffr
