Sales Consultant - New & Pre-Owned Luxury Vehicles Are you a polished, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for high-end vehicles? A leading prestige vehicle dealership in Sydney is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join their team, representing one of the most respected luxury brands in the market. The Role As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sale of both new and pre-owned luxury vehicles, delivering an exceptional customer experience across the entire sales journey and partnering with clients who value expertise, discretion, and world-class service. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective customers and guide them through the full sales journey Conduct high-quality presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations Offer finance and aftersales solutions to meet customer needs Proactively generate new leads and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand, product range, and market trends Negotiate and close sales, working closely with the leadership team to achieve KPIs Represent the brand with professionalism at all times About You: Proven success in automotive new and pre-owned sales (prestige or luxury experience highly regarded) Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills A genuine passion and understanding for premium vehicles and the luxury vehicle market Professional presentation and a polished approach Driven and motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment Current NSW driver's licence What's on Offer: Competitive salary package with generous commission structure The opportunity to represent an iconic luxury brand in a high-performing team Long-term career growth within a respected automotive group If you are driven, customer-centric, and passionate about the prestige automotive space, we'd love to hear from you.
