Senior Account Manager Join our awesome team in Sydney as a Senior Account Manager supporting a global client. You’ll work on a fast‑paced, high‑volume account, managing a variety of projects from concept through delivery, while handling your own small‑scale campaigns. Your role is collaborative, valuing initiative, ownership, and strong client relationships. This position starts immediately (break over Christmas) and requires being in the office 4 days a week. Core Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day client communications and relationships. Run small to mid‑sized projects from concept to delivery, including briefing, timelines, approvals, and ensuring timely delivery and quality control of campaign assets. Collaborate with producers and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables. Provide strategic input and push back when needed to ensure the best outcomes for client and agency. Partner with the wider team to research, prepare, present, and implement high‑quality business proposals. A bit about you Proven experience in a client‑facing account management role, ideally within a creative or integrated agency. Exceptional organisational, planning, and decision‑making skills. Experience working on a large, high‑profile client account is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage fast‑paced, multiple projects simultaneously. Confident communicator who can build trust and rapport with clients.
