Job details: 2 x permanent full-time, 38 hours per week, 5 days per week. Salary $81,515.75 to $89,317.42, plus 12% super. Location: Liverpool. Job description We are looking for Rangers to join our Community Standards Department to administer and enforce all provisions of Local Government law, promote Council’s public image, educate the community, maintain public safety, and ensure compliance with Council’s statutes. Provide high‑level customer service, incorporating prompt responses to a variety of complaints. Problem‑solve, resolve conflicts, and exercise decision‑making in the office and field. Administer and process briefs of evidence. Ensure the amenity of Liverpool is maintained by identifying and rectifying issues pertaining to the environment, littering, water pollution, footpath and road obstructions, parks and reserves, building sites, parking and traffic control, and companion animals. About you To be successful in this role, you must have: Certificate IV in Regulatory Services. Demonstrated experience in regulatory and development compliance environments. Ability to make accurate observations, record details, take statements, and record interview information in a legally defensible manner. Experience in collecting and processing evidence, and in giving evidence. Time‑management skills and ability to work within a busy team environment.
