In partnership with the Board, the Chief Executive Officer leads 3rd Space driving strategic, operational, and financial accountability to achieve the organisation’s mission of supporting people experiencing homelessness. Key Responsibilities Lead and foster a safe, inclusive, and values-driven workplace for staff, volunteers, and service participants. Direct strategic, operational, and financial planning, reporting to the Board to ensure sustainability and accountability. Collaborate proactively with the Board, embracing feedback and guidance to drive business improvement and personal growth. Champion innovative, evidence-based service delivery and continuous improvement. Ensure robust governance, risk management, and compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards. Develop and maintain effective stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and partnerships to advance the mission. Key Attributes Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen. Relevant tertiary qualifications (human services/business management) desirable. Postgraduate qualifications in business, management, or related disciplines highly desirable.
