We are seeking an experienced full‑time Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to our executive team. The successful applicant will deliver confidential secretarial and administrative support services to the Office of the Chief Executive, including the SMHS Board. The role supports executive team meetings, manages executive and board diaries and appointments, and supports broader administrative functions of the Chief Executive’s office. It is a dynamic role working with senior stakeholders in a supportive and flexible team environment. Responsibilities Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to executive team. Deliver confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Office of the Chief Executive and SMHS Board. Support executive team meetings and board meetings. Manage executive and board diaries, appointments and functions. Support broader administrative functions of the Chief Executive’s office. Qualifications We seek candidates with: Significant experience as an executive assistant or similar role. Strong organisational skills and initiative.
