The Role Fantastic opportunity for experienced Full-time Maintenance Supervisor to be based at our premier site at Macquarie Centre. Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 4.00pm. This role requires Full Working Rights in Australia. The Overall Functions Of This Role Are General handy-person and trade duties Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients Flexibility to work across different shifts Lead, oversee and motivate maintenance team To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) A trade background is preferred or handyman experience Basic IT knowledge Ability to manage a team and work stand-alone. Qualification in either carpentry/plumbing/electrical engineering (preferred) Versatile handy-person skills Be self-motivated and responsible Have good time management and organisational skills Physically capable of moving equipment Liaise with customers and customer complaints Trade qualification in either carpentry, plumbing, painting etc If you're a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a commitment to providing excellent service and would like to be part of a key onsite team, we’d love to hear from you, click ‘Apply’.
