Details about the Client An established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse projects across commercial, workplace, retail, and refurbishment sectors, delivering high-quality outcomes for a range of clients. You will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring programs, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Description Manage end-to-end project delivery, from tender, design, and procurement through construction and handover. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain programs and budgets. Oversee contract administration, including variations, cost tracking, and reporting. Ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards on all projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Candidate's Profile The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in commercial construction, fit-outs, or refurbishments. Strong track record managing multiple projects, ideally ranging up to $10M. Experience with contract administration, tendering, and cost management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Aconex, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
