Your Role As a Finance Consultant at Green Finance Group, you will be responsible for: Building and maintaining strong client relationships Assessing client financial needs and recommending appropriate funding solutions Negotiating with lenders and presenting loan applications Managing the loan process from application to settlement Staying updated on industry regulations, lending policy and procedure and market trends What We Look For Proven experience: banking/finance background or independent mortgage/finance broker – minimum 2 years Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Knowledge of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements Certificate IV in Finance Broking however Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance is preferred Member of either FBAA or MFAA preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
