Who we're looking for 2+ years of experience as an Asset Finance Broker or Business Manager Highly developed verbal and written communication Experience using CRM systems (Ambition Cloud ideally) Prove track record of meeting / exceeding KPIs Existing customer base and referrers is a bonus but not required What you'll be doing Calling warm leads who've requested a call back to discuss finance (no cold calling) Taking compliant applications and collecting / verifying supporting documents Workshopping scenarios with the team and BDMs to achieve great outcomes for your customers Lodging and settling applications with lenders and insurers Meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs Attending training and other industry events when necessary Supporting the team to help us achieve our shared goals as a company Why work for Buddii Competitive remuneration package (base salary + uncapped commissions) An exciting, fast-paced work environment A broad panel of financiers including floorplan lenders Funding opportunities for Motor vehicles, Caravans, Leisure assets, Commercial assets & equipment Quality on the job training Excellent working conditions and company culture Quarterly team building events Career progression opportunities within a fast-growing company Where we work We all work from the Buddii HQ office on Sandgate Road, Nundah.
