Flexible hours to suit your schedule A hands‑on, supportive environment where your ideas are valued Real‑world experience across marketing, branding, and digital growth in the finance space Career development opportunities and long‑term growth potential Work from our newly renovated Cronulla office with a collaborative and passionate team Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) Write captivating captions, create reels, and produce visually appealing content that tells our story and strengthens our brand presence Contribute to SEO and digital marketing strategies to boost online visibility and engagement Social Media Management Manage daily posting schedules, interact with followers, and grow an authentic online community Stay on top of industry and social media trends to ensure content remains relevant and high‑impact Photography & Videography Capture and edit high‑quality photos and videos from client interactions, events, and behind‑the‑scenes moments Plan and execute content days both in‑office and on location Analytics, Reporting & SEO Track content performance, engagement, and SEO results Provide insights and recommendations to continually improve reach and effectiveness Event Promotion & Brand Consistency Assist in planning and promoting events and community initiatives Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect Loan Market Capital’s brand, values, and professional tone About You Experience in marketing, communications, or content creation (finance or real estate experience highly regarded) Confident using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere for content creation and editing Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for brand voice and detail Organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering creative work on time Tech‑savvy and excited to explore new tools, ideas, and approaches Sound like you?
